Some of the laymen wants to hijack the CSI NKD with the help of some Vicars, this is the basis of all these current issues here in our diocese. Dear readers, just recollect the happenings that had in NKD in the last few months.
We all know that the blog which operated by PASS is only to abuse bishop and priests who held respectable posts and to proliferate bogus scandals to character assassin them. After constant obnoxious comments about the upright traits of NKD, we read a post on 23rd November 2010 on this blog as;

This was published with immense pleasure and the secretary of Laitty was distributing a letter which was supposed to sent to Rt Rev Dr K P Kuruvilla from the Most Rev. Moderator of CSI, later this letter was called a ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ one and accused our bishop that he has leaked this confidential letter to his proxy’s to file the suit, by the same Laitty and PASS who were distributing the copy of the same ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ letter to celebrate their victory when it reached the bishop office.(the question of how the so called confidential letter has reached them is still exist)
And by the evening of 24th January another post came out in their blog as

The administrative committees consisting of the following members have been constituted to function with effect from 24.01.2011.
1. Rt.Rev.Dr. K.P.KURUVILLA,the BISHOP as the Chairman.
2. Mr.P.I.JOHN (Rtd,IAS) as the Financial Administrator&Treasurer.
3. Commodore.MOHAN ANCHERY as the Administrative committee Secretary.
4. Col.JAMES WESLY HUNT as member of the Administrative committee.
5. Mr.T.C.JOHN (Rtd.IAS) as the Chief Election Commissioner.
The functions and powers of the newly appointed committee as per constitution will be the day to day administration of the churches,colleges,schools,hospitals and all other programmes of our Diocese. THE COMMITTEE HAS TAKEN CHARGES FROM THE PRESENT DIOCESAN OFFICERS TODAY THE 24 TH DAY OF 2011. PRAISE THE LORD. THANK YOU JESUS.
But actually Mr.Vinod Mathew a committee member from waynad has filed a suit against this disparaging act of synod and succeeded in obtaining a stay against the administers from taking the charge of NKD and they were returned back to Chennai the same evening itself, but both PASS and Laitty who call themselves as registered organizations and pretend as the soldiers of truth had kept this fact silent and propagated the above fake news through their various web pages.
On January 29 onwards they started advertising Mr. Hunt as the new savior of schools of our diocese through this blog as;

we are getting number of phone calls from church members ,presbyters, employees working under the corporate management of All CSI schools in Malabar and wynad.requesting the details of the Administrators who have taken charges to look after the day-to-day administration of churches and the institutions like schools,collegesand hospitals under our CSI NORTH KERALA DIOCESE.
we understand that COL. JAMES WESLEY HUNT (ADMINISTRATOR)I A,PALM VALLEY APARTMENT,GOLF LINK ROAD,CHEVAYUR,CALICUT-673017 IS IN CHARGE OF MALABAR AREA.

When it is came to the knowledge of the moderator that Mr. Hunt has no membership in any church of CSI all over India, his name was omitted from the panel of administrators who was supposed to take charge over NKD, meanwhile some healthy discussions were happened between moderator and bishop and he was convinced and realized the fact that he was misguided in this issue by these two fraud organizations and decided to dissolve the administrative committee. Mean while the issue had deliberately made more volatile when the existing committee of diocesan office has resigned from their posts and the treasures requested the banks to freeze the whole accounts of NKD. On these grounds moderator asked the bishop to select a team of his belief for the smooth functioning of the diocese to avoid more damages to poor Vicars and teachers and those all who live with the salary from CSI institutions.
Rev. Bishop has formed a team with the blessings of synod including active members of church who has Christian belief and background and the honorable members of the old team. Two members were omitted from the old committee were Mr. Hunt who was not a member of CSI community, and P. C. John who expressed his unwillingness to work in the committee through a letter written to the moderator. When PASS and Laitty realized that they lost this game too, they persuade Mr. Hunt and he moved on court to won a stay against this new committee appointed by synod from doing financial transactions and put the salary of all those who work in CSI institutions and Vicars under difficulty.
So the question is what is PASS and Laitty wants actually???
a smooth functioning of the diocese? or power and control of the diocese through their rubber stamp officers who willing to dance on their tunes?
What is the secret behind the massive support and popularity they give to Mr. Hunt who is a non CSI man and known for his misbehavior with ladies???
Both PASS and Laitty were abusing Mr.Vinod who won the case against the administrators in worst language for questioning the decision of synod in court...and has done the same thing now by using Mr.Hunt as a shade, so what to be done with these people now, they even yelled to remove his name from church register for questioning the synod...and what is this they are doing now???
they will do everything only for their own benefits..for that reason they will bow before anyone and lick any dirty foot.
Dear believers this is the time to wake up, we need to act against these fraud organizations which are trying to hijack our churches. We need to react against them against their satanic activities and against those barbarians who act and help for these offenders….
My dear realface, yes, is time to wake up from your slumber and foolery. Why Laity Fellowship and CSI PASS had to be formed? It is because of the irresponsible leadership of the diocese. The corrupt bishop did not respond to pleas of the members of the church. All his dealings were totally done in darkness and there is no transparency in any dealings concerning the diocese. He was ruling the diocese as a tyrant. The constitution was used only to punish people whereas genuine grievances were not addressed. He and his henchmen like you together have plundered the diocese property. Diocese properties were sold or leased out without following any norms. Are you blind? Don't you have conscience? Repeatedly you are singing the same chorus that respected bishop and clergy are abused. When people question and seek justice, why do you say that it is abuse. In stead of addressing genuine questions raised by the laity, bishop and yourselves are hiding and doing all sort of illegal activities. Church is not his father's property. You people are pretending as if nothing happened in the diocese. He subverted all democratic rights of the laity.

Some crooks who are associated with Bishop KPK, came to Munnar and made a false propaganda with the help of some gundas of Bishop KPK in Munnar that the then property officer was collecting rent and sending any money to the diocese. Did they prove any thing till date against that man who fought single handedly all the cases which were filed by vested interests against the property. How many encroachments which were fought by us? We protected the property from all such things. But, without knowing anything about Munnar property, KPK dismissed that man who spent lakhs of money to protected the property. If the property officer did something wrong, the bishop should have conducted an enquiry commission and taken action against him in the proper manner. But no such action was taken. ReplyDeleteDear Jacob John we have saw that program and read all the news about munnar..that is why we asked you ....who has told you that a church building converted into resort in munnar....there was no church before at that place but a building was there which was enjoyed by a Crook as his own and not paying proper rent too...our bishop retrieved the same from him and made it as a good income for diocese and the person who enjoyed the property set you all in motion against bishop and propagated that he has done some crime there... this is the fact about munnar...and you people propagate that bishop has looted all the diocesan money ..if so then how a bank balance of 4 Crores came in diocesan account???fenn and pass people bought from their home???

ReplyDeleteThe Munnar Jacob REginald wanted the munnar shopping complex for 3 lakhs only. but bishop leased it for 30 Lakhs. see, the diocese got 27 Lakhs more. He had bought advance from many people saying that it is his shopping complex.Naturally he is against Bishop.
The other Jacob Reginald wanted to buy the land in Trichur district for 60 thousand per cent. but Bishop sold it for 1 lakh per cent. per cent, the diocese got 40 thousand more. so, that Jacor Reginald is also against Bishop.
Vinod Allan wanted to act a a middle man for the calicut property and he was spreading lot less than 25 lakhs has to pay the party. but Bishop settled it for just 20 thousand Rupees only. so, He is also against Bishop for not getting any money staying in between.

When the bishop KPK puts some bones to them, they are licking him and wagging their tail in gratitude. I already told several times that they are not worthy to polish the shoes of either Mr. T.J. John or people in the Laity Fellowship. Soon God will give a fitting reply to all these people who have been with evil and evil forces. Let us look at Jesus and not to bother about such barking. Synod has done all the necessary arrangements to treat them well.
I understand that few people from calicut only misguided the bishop and made him as a helpless person.
So try to understand things in a descent way and act as the followers of christ.
Dear simon, being in aluva you are update dwith the proceedings in calicut???what arrangement has done from synod to treat them.....they appointed somebody as a treasurer when the existing treasurer resigned his post by hearing some anti social elements and he is not willing to take the charge is this their arrangement?? and when the bishop and the existing committee decided to manage with a new selected treasurer they are not willing for that...and over everything a non CSI man shown his vengeance for not including him in this team by moving on court and got a stay too and not attending more proceedings of court so that the case will drag for ever and the diocese will die with out money....is this the arrangements synod done for NKD???? we have a very Humble request to you...please don't jump in to conclusions like that...please try to understand things in a descent way and then talk and act as the followers of christ.

I understand that the time of notice is 45 days.According to the administrative committee the time limit is may 31 st.
Is it possible to conduct the elections before 31.4.2011.The fate of the newly reconstituted
committee is subject to the decision of ottapalam court.
Please convince me with relevant points.

When I inquired about Col.Hunt's membership I got a good answer from english church,calicut that he is a baptised and confirmed CSI member and his church tax is remitted regularly in st.marys CSI.CHURCH,fort,chennai.He can cast his vote there.
But everyday you are writing that he is not a CSI MEMBER.
So it is my humble doubt whether some other persons from outside the community running this show.
Now I understood who is behind the show.

ReplyDeleteIt is very difficult to convince you.Being anonymous you have no responsibility.I spoke to two advocates in wayanad and confirmed that the case is dismissed by the court itself.I do not know whether another court is available in kalpetta.
I also understand that col.hunt has filed a case in ottapalam court.It is my doubt that how the court accepted the petition of a non csi member and granted injunction to block bank accounts?
The bishop has very clearly wrote in the counter that col. is not a bonafide member of CSI.I do not know what he meant by writing bonafide.The moderator only selected him as an administrator.Do you thing moderator is a fool to select a non csi member.
The moderator has not represented the court by appointing advocate.why it is so?
I am a person who go through records.You may call Adv.Giri Iyer of ottapalam bar council for other details.
I also understand that the case is very serious in nature and the diocese has to pay for it.
Your all avertments are baseless according to the lawyers.
Let us wait for the decision of the court.

ReplyDeleteDear sir,That particular case was connected with the functioning of administrators in wayanad area.But unfortunately it was misinterpreted and some people blocked the administrators.
ReplyDeleteNow there is no meaning of the administrators entering wayanad district and functions of the wayanad district council.That case is dismissed with cost.
AS you know very well CSITA is a company.All the rules and regulations of the indian company act are applicable on CSITA.
Mr.hunt has filed a case in ottapalam for knowing the reason of his removal from administrative committee.when the moderator wants to reconstitute a committee the person has to resign or he has to be terminated with valid reasons.In col.hunt's case he was not intimated that he is removed from the committee.It is against the norms of the CSITA company and company act rules.
Anyway the moderator has not represented the court to defend col.hunt's case.
On 6 th of april we can hear the verdict and confirm whether he is a member and why he was removed and replacement done with a lady who has joined in a Pentecostal church in chennai.
Please wait till 6 th april.
I am not here to judge or prosecute somebody before the verdict comes.anybody can blame any person that he is a womenizer,non-member or killer or fraud.But the severity of abusing will become strong when the concerned person goes to court for defamation suit and damage petition like number of teachers are now preparing against the then manager.

ReplyDeleteDear Vineeth, 6th of April is over....what is the news from the court? does court produced verdict to appoint killer hunt as the next bishop of CSI NKD? all the proof and court papers were against the bishop na? then what happened? asked just because of curiosity......... ask him to file a defamation and cheating case against the judge with the help of PASS for not accepting his plea...
ReplyDeleteI came to know from the advocates that the block in bank accounts were vacated on a humanitarian ground.But since there is no treasurer as reported by the bishop in the court it is not possible to operate the accounts at present.

In the other case praying for election to be conducted under court supervision the bishop's advocate failed to reply to the petitioner's arguments.
It seems bishop do not want to reinstate the democracy in diocese.
The case of col.hunt is on but injunction vacated.
Let us see the final verdict on 12 th april.
I am not the person to abuse somebody but to inform the merit of the issue.
Being a member elect to the diocesan council it is my curiosity why the committees are not formed for the last one year.
All th avertments of bishop in the court are unbelievable and not reasonable.
Recently I understand that almost 99 percent of cases filed by church members were ordered in favor of them.
Major mistakes are with the bishop.

ReplyDeleteBishop has given a statement in court in the last week that the administrative committee is not functioning and it is not possible to conduct elections.
The same bishop had given a written statement in the court two weeks ago that the same committee is functioning.
As a person interested in the good future of our diocese I can not support your arguments.because I have gone through the legal records.Personally went to ottapalam ane visited the advocates.Advocates working for bishop are also not happy with him.They told me that they are dealing his cases as a part of profession.The stay was vacated.But it does'nt mean that bishop is good.why the court has allowed stay?It was an extra ordinary action of the court.stay was vacated on humanitarian ground.No court will prolong the issue for years together.Only just because of the mistakes committed by the bishop the court was convinced and put an order.
Bishop is crumbled like an aluminium pot-It is a fact.How many litigations are there and how many favorable orders were obtained by church members.

I was a person not at all listening to the quarrels between bishop party and anti bishop party.
Elections to the diocesan council was over by last July.I am an elected member to the council.Because of my curiosity I just tried to know the details.
But when I was going to the depth I was shocked to see that this is not a holy institution but a fort of Mammons.
In my inquiry I found very meticulously that the allegations against the bishop are very much true and advocates told me that bishop is exploiting the members in a very clever manner.
Munnar case details also seen by me.
There is a verdict against the lease.
why he is not obeying it?
